Dr Jeni Vine is the Research and Development Manager at Belong, bringing more than 25 years’ experience of working in the not-for-profit sector. Jeni has an up to date knowledge of academic work on cohesion and integration having recently completed a PhD in an urban studies department. Alongside studying, she has been co-ordinating the Sheffield Cohesion Advisory Group for the past 7 years, working with the city council to develop a cohesion framework for action. In addition to this Jeni also convened the Yorkshire and Humber Health Stream of Sanctuary focused on improving access for refugees and asylum-seekers following many years working in the refugee sector and is a professional member of the International Association of Process Oriented Psychologists and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
