In 2018, the Carnegie UK Trust was invited to work in partnership with North Ayrshire Council, to explore what it would mean to embed kindness across a local authority, and what that might achieve. This report tells the story of that two-year journey and reflects on challenges and learning, particularly over the last 6 months.
